Valid Monday-Wednesday and Friday from Monday, 29 August until 24 February, 2012, subject to availability. Advance booking is required. There is no limit to the number of vouchers that can be purchased per person or as gifts. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Package must be used by one person, in one visit. The Deal

Ease away your stresses and strains with two hours of relaxing body treatments, tailor-made for your own needs and wishes, for just £49. This fabulous bespoke package, courtesy of Ann Edwards at the Therapy Shed in East Grinstead, would usually cost up to £95.

Following a highly successful business career, Ann has spent the last eight years training and working in massage and various holistic therapies, including yoga and reiki.

With this exclusive offer, you may mix and match any treatments from her menu for your 2-hour session. These include:

- LaStone massage - Thai foot and lower leg massage - Reiki treatments for specific 'problem' areas of the body

Treatments take place in the Therapy Shed, a converted Victorian workshop which started life as a carpentry shop; it still retains the original fireplace, windows and cupboards, and is attractively decorated with patterned rugs, candles and Moroccan lights.

Ann will initially ask you to complete a Personal Profile sheet to ensure that a particular treatment is suitable for your needs. After your treatment you can relax by the fire or sit in the pretty garden to enjoy a cup of special Chinese green tea, coffee or filtered water.
