A Member of Britain’s Finest Hotels, West Lodge Park in Hadley Wood, Hertfordshire, has 59 contemporary bedrooms and boasts the AA-Rosette Mary Beale Restaurant and Terrace Bar.

Set in 35 acres of landscaped grounds, the historic country house has over 800 species of trees from around the world in the Beale Arboretum, and croquet on the lawn. The property is 12 miles from central London.
