You'll get all of the following with this spa day, which is valid Monday-Thursday until 28 March:

- Your choice of either a 30-minute Indian head massage or a 30-minute back massage
- Either an express pedicure or a file and paint
- Use of the spa facilities
- A light lunch
- Hire of robe, towel and slippers for the day

Spa facilities include a beautiful dark tiled swimming pool, sauna, steam room and state-of-the-art gym.

Heythrop Park Resort, which dates back to the 18th century, opened in 2010 after a £50m investment.

Terms and Conditions: Valid for either a 30-minute back massage or a 30-minute Indian head massage. Also includes an express pedicure or a file and paint, full use of the facilities for the day, a light lunch and use of robe, towel and slippers. Vouchers may be used Monday-Thursday until 28 March, subject to availability. Excludes bank holidays, weekends and Fridays. Advance booking is required.
