The Small Print

Available for stays Sunday-Thursday from 11 January-11 April, 2013. Friday and Saturday night stays will incur a £25 supplement per room, per night (payable directly to the hotel). Subject to availability. Not available on 14 February; 29 March-1 April. The hotel has opened more availability, so we have been able to reopen this sale. Stay Sunday-Thursday from 11 January-11 April, 2013. There's a £25 supplement for Friday and Saturday nights, payable directly to the hotel. Add on extra nights for £70 with breakfast included.

Part of the Best Loved Hotels collection, Burythorpe House is a former Georgian gentleman's residence, five miles from the historic town of Malton and a 30-minute drive from York. It won the Small but Special Accommodation gong at the Yorkshire Life Food & Wine Awards and has won praise from local paper The Journal, which said it was "absolutely gorgeous". Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool, use the sauna, gym and outdoor tennis court, or walk to one of the nearby villages. Castle Howard is a 20-minute drive by car and Whitby is also easily accessible.
