The room was amazing, we got the best room in the hotel

The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed and quiet.

The bedroom was very comfortable and a nice bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was good with a efficient service and a pleasant member of staff dealing with the orders.

The manager's attitude was surly. Not friendly or accommodating a fellow resident was treated rudely regarding the offer menu when the hotel had run out of the dish the guest requested. Staff wandering around with food and drinks not knowing which table had ordered the food or drinks. Became amusing after a while as like Fawtly Towers when the mix ups were repeated! The food was reasonable but not fine dining as the hotel claims on their site but perhaps this was because the deal has a separate menu so you get the cheaper version! Later in the evening when sat having after dinner drinks heard the staff making rude comments about certain guests. Lounge wood burner was not lit so we're limited to where we could sit after dinner.

No

We were made to feel that we were different because we were on the Travelzoo offer, our rooms were cold, damp and smelt very musty and unused. The food and service were very poor
