This voucher is valid for two people and must be used in one visit. Each person is entitled to a 5-course tasting-menu dinner with a glass of bubbly. Valid for dinner, Friday-Sunday, from 2 January-until 31 March, 2013. Subject to availability. Reservations are required. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Additional vouchers may be purchased per person or as gifts. There is no limit to the number of vouchers used per table. Any additional items ordered will be charged at their usual value. Menu items are subject to change. No cash value or cash back. Gratuity is not included. The photos displayed are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the package.

The Deal

Theaa.com has awarded The WineGlass Restaurant at Etrop Grange Hotel two coveted AA Rosettes for excellence and it raves about the "thoroughly modern menu." For £55, two people can tuck into a delicious 5-course tasting-menu dinner, with a glass of bubbly each.

The tasting menu changes seasonally. Here's what the current menu includes:
-Poached salmon with oyster, grape and black olive
-Pickled root vegetables with a duck egg, goat’s milk and watercress
-Corn-fed chicken breast with Jerusalem artichokes, brassica and spaetzle
-Lemon curd meringue with wild rice and almond
-70% bitter chocolate soup with gingerbread, orange and fennel

This offer for two, which usually costs £104, also includes a glass of bubbly each.

The deal can be used during dinner service, Friday-Sunday, from 2 January until 31 March, 2013.

Etrop Grange Hotel is a Grade-II-listed 4-star Georgian hotel in Cheshire.
