The Deal

The food will vary slightly, depending on what is freshly available, but here is an example of what you can expect:
-Trio di bruschette to share
-Trio di pasta fresca each, such as shoelace pasta with shellfish, tomato, garlic and a touch of chilli; squid ink parcels, filled with sea bass and crabmeat in a sauté of cherry tomatoes; and half moon pasta stuffed with veal and served in a tomato, fennel seed and fresh mint sauce
-Piatto da dessert to share, such as hazelnut and chocolate truffle cake served with caramelised orange; passion fruit and mint panna cotta served with a raspberry coulis; and baked fig and blackcurrant tart served with vanilla ice cream

All of the pasta freshly made, by hand, in the restaurant each day.
