The Small Print

Valid for two people and must be used in one visit. Each person is entitled to a glass of champagne each and a 3-course meal each. Supplements apply on grill dishes. Valid Monday-Thursday, until 30 September, subject to availability. Reservations are required. There is no limit to the number of vouchers that can be used per table. Additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts. Cannot be combined with any other offer. No cash value or cash back. Gratuity is not included. The Deal

Podium Restaurant, Bar and Lounge is located within the iconic Beetham Tower at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate hotel. For £35 instead of the usual £76, two Travelzoo subscribers can tuck into a 3-course meal and sip a glass of champagne each.

David Gale, head chef at the Podium Restaurant, Bar and Lounge won Chef of the Year accolade at the Manchester Food and Drink Awards 2010.

With this deal you can sample food that Gale has created. Here's what you get:

-A glass of champagne each
-A starter each from the signature menu each, such as peppered beef carpaccio with soft boiled quail's egg, caper dressing, parmesan and baby rocket; or a pan-fried scallop with crab ravioli, caspian pearls and a bisque sauce
-A main course each from the signature menu, such as a mint-crusted rack of Welsh organic lamb, with a Jersey royal and a fresh pea and broad bean salad; or a walnut and marple-roasted duck breast with raspberry and elderflower jam, spinach purée and crispy black pudding fritters
-A dessert each, such as raspberry soufflé with raspberry compote and white chocolate ice cream; or thin-iced fruit soup with summer berries

This deal can be used 12pm-3pm and 6pm-11pm, Monday-Thursday.
