Vouchers may be used from Saturday 26 February until 21 August, 2011. Advance booking is required. Classes take place at 12pm and 3.30pm on Saturdays or Sundays only. There is no limit to the number of vouchers that can be purchased per person. Additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts. Seven days' notice is required for changes to bookings. Cannot be combined with any other offer. No cash value or cash back. Must be used in one visit.

The Deal

For £29, enjoy a glass of champagne on arrival, discover the art of chocolate making, then decorate your homemade treats to sample at home. This unique experience from Chocolate7 usually costs £67.

You will learn from talented chocolatier Andrew Cameron, who trained at the esteemed Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy and impressively opened his first shop Bloc Chocolate at just 18 years old.

This fabulous Chocolate Making and Tempering workshop lasts two hours and fifteen minutes, and is held at the Ramada Manchester Piccadilly Hotel, in the city centre. Here's what is included:

- A glass of champagne to enjoy whilst making your delicious treats
- An excellent introduction into the world of chocolate. You will be sampling chocolate and learn how to work with it in your own kitchen
- Learn the art of tempering chocolate and experiment with colour and finishing to create your own unique designs
