The award-winning Roux at Parliament Square is set within a beautiful Grade-II listed building, home to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. It's open from 12pm-2pm for lunch, and 6pm-10pm for dinner, Monday-Friday.
Born into a family of renowned culinary geniuses, Michel Roux Jr is the son of Michelin-starred chef Albert Roux and nephew of restaurateur Michel Roux. He previously worked under his father and uncle at the world-famous Le Gavroche restaurant, before taking over when his father retired.
He is author of many successful cookery books, such as Le Gavroche Cookbook and The Marathon Chef.
The culinary star has also made numerous appearances as judge for popular foodie shows including "Junior Bake Off" and the professional edition of "MasterChef", and has featured on Gordon Ramsay's "Hell's Kitchen".
