For £89, two people can savour a truly exquisite 7-course tasting menu accompanied by a kir royale each. This gourmet experience would regularly cost £158.50 -- saving £69.50 on the regular price.

- Cured mackerel with a salad of blood orange, rhubarb and punterella
- Smoked ox tongue, mustard beef, celeriac and celery salad
- Salt-baked parsnips, toasted spelt, pear and caramel
- Grey mullet, roast garlic purée, artichokes and monk's beard
- Roast belly of organic pork, puy lentils, heritage carrots, clams and parsley
- Yoghurt jelly with green apple and cucumber granita
- Clementine, passion fruit and vanilla cheesecake with hibiscus
A selection of six matching wines -- to complement the tasting menu -- can be purchased at the restaurant for an additional charge of £45 per person.
The award-winning Roux at Parliament Square is set within a beautiful Grade-II listed building, home to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. It's open from 12-2pm for lunch, and 6-10pm for dinner, Monday-Friday.
