The Deal

Catch "Les Misérables" star and Tony Award-winning opera singer Alfie Boe in concert after a thrilling evening of horse racing at Sandown Park, all for £16. This one-off event takes place on Wednesday 25 July, and this deal saves Travelzoo subscribers 50% on the usual price of £32.

Tenor Alfie Boe is known to many as Jean Valjean in "Les Misérables". As well working with the likes of Oscar-winning director Baz Luhrmann on Broadway and the English National Opera, he won a prestigious Silver Clef for his contribution to classical music this year.

This offer is for a ticket in the Grandstand Enclosure, and there are no booking fees -- the only extra you'll pay is a delivery charge of £1.50 per transaction. The open-air concert kicks off after the last race has finished. There are some sheltered seats in the Grandstand; these are unreserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The rest of the enclosure is standing only, and guests are welcome to bring a picnic.

Boe's 2011 album "Bring Him Home" reached the UK Top 10, and this summer has already seen him appear at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert.

Gates open at 4pm, with the racing scheduled for 6pm-8.50pm.
