The Deal

For £29, two people can eat a delicious 2-course meal at The Blue Mallard in Burscough. This package, which can be used until the end of February, usually costs up to £59.80.

Dishes are created using the finest local produce and change frequently depending on seasonal availability. Here's an example of what to expect:
-A glass of prosecco
-Any starter from the à la carte menu, such as pan-fried scallops with pea and king prawn tortellini, sauvignon and pea foam; or crab and lobster risotto, with scallop tuile and citrus crème fraîche
-Any main course from the à la carte menu, such as pan-fried rib-eye steak with balsamic vine tomatoes, field mushrooms, pink peppercorn sauce, rocket and parmesan; or a Martlands farm duck breast with dauphinoise potatoes, celeriac purée, honey roast plum and port jus

Both deals can be used 12pm-2:30pm, Monday-Saturday and 5pm-9pm, Tuesday-Thursday.

The Blue Mallard is in the Burscough Wharf -- a dining and leisure development which is a 25-minute drive from both Preston and Liverpool.
