Two people can dine on the Chapel Down Tasting Menu.The menu may change depending on what is seasonally available, but here's an insight into what you can expect:
-Smoked haddock and leek soup
-Marinated beetroot, golden cross goats' cheese mousse, pine nut and chicory
-Poached lobster and crayfish salad with smoked paprika and a cherry tomato vinaigrette
-Confit duck leg, carrot and swede purée and a star anise jus
-Green tea and ginger sorbet
-Locally sourced cheeses
-Treacle tart and goats' milk ice cream

The Swan is set amid the scenic surroundings of Tenterden Vineyard at the Chapel Down Winery.

This deal can be used Thursday-Friday, until the end of February, 2013.
