The hotel dates back to 1862 and is just a few minutes' walk from the Notre-Dame Cathedral of Reims and a number of champagne cellars. Reims, along with Epernay and Ay, is one of the centres of champagne production, with many of the largest houses open for tastings and tours.

Getting there: Transport is not included, but Reims is only 90 minutes from Paris by car or you can take the Eurostar and change at Lille or Paris to the high speed TGV train service.
