Restaurant Allium is run by husband-and-wife team Erica and James Graham. In fact, co-owner and head chef James was previously awarded Chef of the Year by Cotswold Life magazine. Since establishing the restaurant in 2004, the pair have built a reputation for sourcing locally grown produce, and the tasting menu changes regularly according to what ingredients are in season.
