The Grade II-listed Stonehouse Court Hotel is set in six acres of grounds overlooking the Stroudwater Canal and Stroud Valley. The hotel has a bar, a terrace and a gym, and the AA-Rosette-awarded Henry's Restaurant serves modern European fare made from locally sourced ingredients. Expect the menu to feature dishes such as scallops with pea purée, caviar and Parma ham crisp, rump of Gloucestershire lamb with roasted root vegetables and sweet potato dauphinoise, and sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream.
