Menu items may change depending on what's available, but here's what each person can expect:
-A starter such as smoked salmon mousse, with marinated beetroot and dijon mayonnaise or locally-sourced game pâté with tarragon butter, spicy apple chutney, Cumberland sauce and Scottish oatcakes
