Mat Follas won the 2009 series of "MasterChef" and went on to open The Wild Garlic in Beaminster, a venue described by The Michelin Guide 2013 as a "pretty" and "rustic". The food is also recommended by The Good Food Guide 2013 and the venue has holds two AA Rosettes for excellence.

The menu changes depending on seasonal availability, but guests will be served five courses, including dishes such as pesto popcorn, ham hock terrine, smoked confit duck leg and chocolate brownie. Each person will also get a glass of prosecco.
