The Small Print

Valid for a 2-hour canapé workshop. Includes complimentary tea and cakes and a selection of canapés to take home. Advance booking is required. Classes are available Monday-Thursday 9am-11am and 6pm-8pm until 18 July, subject to availability and demand. Also available on selected Saturdays, with limited availability. Maximum class size is 18. Minimum 48-hour notice for cancellations. See below for full terms and conditions.

The Deal

For £19, prepare to impress your dinner guests with a 2-hour canapé-making class at Cafe Central in Matlock. This experience normally costs £69, saving you an impressive £50.

During the masterclass, you will learn to create the following canapés:
-Roast beef and cream cheese roulade
-Mini savoury pastries, with various toppings, such as goats’ cheese with caramelised onions and mozzarella, and tomato and basil
-Blinis (mini pancake with cream cheese and smoked salmon)
-Mini Yorkshire puddings with roast beef
-Cherry tomato BLTs

You will also get to take a selection of canapés home afterwards.

We have also negotiated for two people to enjoy this experience for £35 -- saving £103 on the usual price.

Cafe Central is a family-run bistro cafe in a beautiful Victorian property with views across Matlock and the Heights of Abraham.

All materials and ingredients are included and complimentary tea and cake will be provided. The deal is valid Monday-Thursday and select Saturdays from 9am-11am and 6pm-8pm.
