The Deal

The menu varies, depending on what is freshly available, but here is an example of what to expect:

-A starter each, such as mango and basil topped with crayfish, marinated in chilli and dressed with a citrus mascarpone, or cotechino alla grigllia -- a traditional Italian sausage from the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy
-A main course each, such as a breaded veal chop served with homemade pappardelle in a tomato sauce and topped with a fried egg, or ravioli stuffed with dolcelatte and rocket in a creamy walnut and sage sauce
-A piatto da dessert to share, such as hazelnut and chocolate truffle cake served with caramelised orange, passion fruit and mint panna cotta served with a raspberry coulis, and baked fig and blackcurrant tart served with vanilla ice cream
