The Deal

The Good Food Guide has twice voted Nunsmere Hall Hotel's restaurant as County Restaurant of the Year, while Taste Cheshire notes the "exceptional quality" of its dishes. You can experience this award-winning cuisine with a 5-course meal for two, plus a glass of bubbly each, for £59 (usually £111).

You'll dine in the 19th-century hotel's Crystal Restaurant, which holds two AA Rosettes for excellence.

Although the menu is subject to change depending on the seasonality of ingredients, here's an idea of what each person can expect:

- Chilled melon and ginger soup
- Warm asparagus and deep fried poached egg with parmesan and truffle dressing
- Braised shoulder, loin and belly of lamb with basil mash and confit tomato
- Strawberry parfait, with basil crème fraiche and strawberry salad
- Freshly brewed coffee with petit fours box

You'll also get a glass of prosecco each.

Crystal Restaurant previously won Cheshire Life's Food and Wine Award, and was described by the magazine as having an "unrivalled reputation for fine food".

This exclusive deal is available Sunday-Thursday for lunch (12:30-2pm) or dinner (7-9.30pm), until 29 November.
