The Small Print

Valid for a 5-course winter menu for two people, a glass of champagne each, followed by petits fours and coffees for two. Can be used for dinner, Tuesday-Thursday and for lunch on Saturday, from 1 December until 29 February, 2012. Excludes 14 February, 2012. Reservations are required. Multiple vouchers may be purchased per person or as gifts. There is no limit to the number of vouchers that may be used per table. Cannot be combined with any other offer. No cash value or cash back. Must be used by two people in one visit. Menu items are subject to change based on seasonal availability. Gratuity is not included. Note: This offer is limited to 500 vouchers and may sell out before the expiry date.

The Deal

Casamia was crowned winner of Channel 4's, "Ramsay's Best Restaurant" in 2010, and is run by siblings Jonray and Peter Sanchez-Iglesias, who are the youngest Michelin-starred chefs in the country, and have been described by Gordon Ramsay as "geniuses".

For £37.50 each, experience an exquisite 5-course dinner and a glass of champagne at Bristol's only Michelin-starred restaurant. This gourmet experience for two would normally cost £127.

The new Winter Five menu launches on 1 December and will offer a variety of mouth-watering dishes created from the finest seasonal produce available. Here's what to expect:

- Boxing Day appetisers
- Swede soup with smoked ham and wild rice
- Haddock served with cauliflower and cheese
- Roast chicken with stuffing and carrots
- Sherry trifle
- Petits fours and coffees

The ever-changing menu is part of an innovative concept called Seasons Casamia. Before each new season, the interior design of the restaurant will change, from artwork to plants, as well as the ingredients featured, to provide a truly unique experience.

Casamia was opened in 1999 by Jonray and Peter's parents, Paco and Susan, but after successfully running their own restaurant in Cheltenham, the brothers took over in late 2006. The inspiring duo then became the youngest Michelin-starred chefs in the country when they were awarded the coveted title in 2009.

Casamia is located in Westbury-on-Trym, just 15 minutes from Bristol's city centre.

This voucher is valid from 7pm-9pm Tuesday-Thursday, and from 12:30pm-1:45pm Saturday, from 1 December until 29 February, 2012.
