The Small Print

Valid daily from Monday, 29 August until 4 September, then Wednesday-Sunday between 7 September and 30 October, 2011. Subject to availability. The course takes place over one full day for weekday bookings (including bank holidays), and over two half days for weekend bookings. Advance bookings are required. No limit to the number of vouchers that can be purchased per person or as gifts for others. Failure to turn up leads to forfeiture. Cannot be combined with any other offer. No cash value or cash back. Suitable for over-14s only. Note: This is a limited offer and may sell out before the stated expiry time.

The Deal

Whether you're looking for some adrenalin-packed thrills and spills out on the waves or a spot of gentle holiday activity in the sunshine, windsurfing can be a rewarding and fun life skill to have under your belt. Lagoon Watersports in Hove is offering you the chance to master the basics of the sport for just £89, a fraction of the usual cost.

Suitable for both men and women over the age of 14, the offer includes:

- Participation in the RYA Learn to Windsurf course, worth £145
- A 3-hour session of practice time (including equipment hire) out on the Hove Lagoon, worth £75
- Unlimited soft drinks

The course is designed to give complete beginners a thorough introduction to windsurfing. Using beginner boards with lightweight masts, you will learn all the basics from an experienced and friendly instructor as part of a small class. The course takes place in a shallow and sheltered lagoon, an ideal learning environment for newcomers.

At the end of the course, those that have reached a certain level of competency will receive the RYA Level 1 certificate, which means you'll be able to hire windsurfing equipment and happily go out on most lakes in lighter winds.
