It's no surprise that the Westin Washington, D.C. City Center is a favorite among business travelers thanks to its downtown location and upscale feel. In 2014, the hotel completed extensive renovations, replacing dark corridors with bright, airy hallways and a light-filled atrium-style lobby, among other major upgrades.
While this hotel doesn't quite escape the big chain feeling, it's not a problem for the business travelers this location typically attracts, many of whom rave about its proximity to K Street and the White House. Beds are incredibly comfortable and the fitness center is impressive, complete with a yoga room and personal televisions on the treadmills. There are two onsite restaurants -- one overlooking the beautiful atrium -- and dozens of restaurants and bars right outside the door.
Guests get free Wi-Fi if they sign up for the complimentary SPG loyalty program. Valet parking and business center services are available for an additional cost.
