Children and additional guests

  • Children under age 12 and under stay free of charge when sharing parents’ room and using existing bedding (on request). Cribs are complimentary and are available upon request for children ages 3 and under. Courtyard King Room category is has a maximum occupancy of 2 persons. Executive Suites can accommodate up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children; a 25.00+tax nightly fee will apply to Executive Suites occupied by 3 persons or more.


  • Two pets are allowed on request ( up to 50lbs total), and will be charged $150 non-refundable pet cleaning fee (subject to tax) per stay. Charges will be added to your bill at the hotel.


  • An Occupancy fee applies per room/ per night and is based on room type booked:
    $3.50 (subject to tax) applies for all "Rooms"
    $5.50 (subject to tax) applies to all "Suites"

    The occupancy fee of $5.50 will be applied to the nightly rate for all bookings and the correct amount for “Rooms” will be charged at the hotel.

Getting there

The hotel is about a 35-minute drive from John F. Kennedy International Airport. Taxi fare to Manhattan is a flat fee of $52 plus tolls and tip. Or take the AirTrain at a cost of $7.50 and transfer at Jamaica Station to the E subway, then to the 6 line at Lexington Ave/53rd St. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Grand Central.

The hotel is about a 25-minute drive from LaGuardia International Airport. A taxi is approximately $28 plus tolls and tip.
