Purpletravel has cut the price of a week-long escape to the Greek island of Rhodes to £439 per person. Including flights and seven nights in a luxury hotel, this deal saves up to £284 on prices we saw for the same package elsewhere.
Depart from London Gatwick on select dates from 9-24 October and stay at the 5-star Rodos Palladium in an upgraded Sea View room, where breakfast and dinner is included daily. You'll also get a free 15-minute massage, a welcome drink, a bottle of wine and fruit in the room on arrival.
It's an additional £10 per person to depart from Liverpool, £40 per person more from East Midlands. Click here for a full list of departures and prices, including summer travel. Book by 22 May.
The Rodos Palladium is a beachfront hotel on the Blue Flag-awarded beach of Kallithea. There are two restaurants, including the à la carte Thalassa Restaurant serving seafood, Mediterranean and international dishes, set just a few steps from the beach. There is a pool bar, beach bar and the main bar -- Mythos -- which has views of both the pool and the sea. Leisure facilities include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool and two floodlit tennis courts, as well as a wellness centre offering spa treatments.
Hand luggage is included. A checked baggage allowance can be added from £40, return. Transfers are not included and are £20 return.
Departures in early October and May start from £489 per person.
