A discounted Singapore or Bali holiday is a rarity in itself, so to come across one that couples these two exotic destinations together is a real find. In fact, this offer from The Internet Traveller is the first Singapore and Bali twin-centre break we've ever published, and with a saving of over £800, luxury hotel stays and an upgrade to a deluxe villa with your own private pool, it really is impressive.
For £1699 per person, you get:
In Bali, you'll also receive US$150 food and drink credit per person, a candlelit dinner for two and a 2-hour couples' spa treatment worth £165 per person, and VIP immigration service, which means that you won't have to queue for your visa at the airport.
The trip starts in Singapore at the V Hotel Lavender, five minutes from the fashion emporiums on Orchard Road. Singapore is packed with things to do -- we recommend sampling chilli crab under brightly lit lanterns in a hawker market, or strolling through tropical rainforest in the Botanic Gardens -- but if you need to escape, the hotel has a rooftop swimming pool.
You'll then fly to Bali and head for the highland town of Ubud close to Monkey Forest, a nature reserve that is home to tribes of macaque monkeys. The luxurious Viceroy hotel is within walking distance of Ubud's many art galleries, artisan shops, fusion restaurants and tiny warungs (makeshift local cafés).
The Deluxe Terrace Villas each have a private infinity pool with a balé (a Balinese pavilion) overlooking the Petanu River gorge. All are equipped with an iPod docking station, an illy espresso coffee machine and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. Other amenities include a large swimming pool, a spa, a bar with a rare-wine cellar and an award-winning fine dining restaurant. "The privacy, exclusivity and excellent service go a long way to add to the experience," says Condé Nast Traveller.
Depart from London Heathrow from 1-16 March; 6 April-5 July. Click here for more information.
