The dinner will be served at the hotel's Brasserie. Dishes include fish of the day cooked in tempura batter, slow roasted shoulder of lamb with mint sauce, fat chips and rosemary gravy and pan fried chicken with bacon, mushrooms served with a honey and mustard sauce.
The hotel is a Grade II-listed Victorian building in the heart of Derby. It's on the edge of the Peak District and a 50-minute drive from Chatsworth House & Gardens, which featured as Mr Darcy's residence in the film Pride and Prejudice.
It is a 30-minute drive from the Heights of Abraham in Matlock Bath.
