Unspoilt villages, swanky harbours and forest-fringed beaches mean that Sardinia isn't usually a cheap destination. But this all-inclusive offer, with early-summer and autumn dates when temperatures are at their most pleasant, is now half the usual price at £339 per person.
The package includes return flights, seven nights at the 4-star Sighientu Life Hotel & SPA and light all-inclusive board, with breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus unlimited beer and wine at mealtimes.
The Sighientu Life Hotel is set on the coast between the fishing village of Villasimius and Cagliari, the island's capital. Sardinia's southeast coast is "Italy unadorned", says The Daily Telegraph, with "1,000 miles of unspoilt coastline dotted with sand dunes, hidden coves and spectacular beaches".
There's a spa and a thalasso centre offering a range of treatments, as well as an outdoor pool overlooking the beach, tennis courts and landscaped gardens. Dining options include Scirocco, the main restaurant with outdoor terraces, and Libeccio, a grill restaurant.
