Mercury Direct has reduced the price of a week-long beachfront break in Sri Lanka to £690 per person -- that's £150 less than we've seen for similar packages elsewhere.
This deal includes seven nights in a Sea View Room at the Induruwa Beach Resort, flights from London Heathrow and all-inclusive board -- all meals, snacks and drinks. Free transfers are also included, in addition to a 20kg baggage allowance.
This offer is available for travel on 13, 20, 21, 24 September.
Update (10 April, 10:54): 21 September is no longer available for £690, but is available for £757 per person.
The Induruwa Beach Resort has direct beach access on the southwest coast of tropical Sri Lanka. There is an outdoor pool, two restaurants and an Ayurvedic centre (offering traditional Indian health and wellness treatments).
Nearby excursions include the Kosgoda Sea Turtle Conservation Project, the traditional Buddhist temple at Kalutara and the Sinharaja Forest Reserve, a wildlife-rich national park that's home to leopards, monkeys and elephants.
