It's a bit of an indulgent week: Copenhagen, Shangri-La Borneo & a chocolate afternoon tea with bubbles

£189 -- Copenhagen 3-Night City Break w/Flights

All things Denmark are hot right now, and that goes especially for Copenhagen. Perhaps it's the cult-inducing jumper-wearing suspense of The Killing, which winds its plot twists around the trendy Danish capital. Or perhaps it's the canal-snaked city's reputation for sprouting cutting-edge Michelin-starred restaurants like mushrooms. Either way, this is an incredibly popular time to visit Copenhagen -- which is why, given the city's expensive reputation, this deal is an unexpected find. For £189, you get flights and three nights in a historic, centrally located hotel. Plus, you can even travel during Christmas market season and take in the city's famous Tivoli market. All this for less than dinner at noma.

£849 -- 5-Star Borneo Shangri-La Beach Escape, Save £540+
This deal is a properly luxurious Malaysian beach holiday, with a massive saving of over £500 on the regular price. You can do some serious 5-star lounging at Shangri-La's Tanjung Aru Resort & Spa  – or if you're looking for something more active, the southeast Asian island also features mountains, rainforests, coral reefs and an orangutan sanctuary. One of our Deal Experts stayed at this resort and recommends cocktails and the freshly grilled saté at the Sunset Bar and having a spa treatment -- she said it's the most beautiful spa she's ever seen.

£20 -- Champagne & Chocolate Afternoon Tea, Reg £39
I have to be honest. Any deal featuring both chocolate and bubbly was inevitably going to make it onto my hit list. This isn’t your average dry-scone-and-cup-of- tea combo. Instead, think a feast of churros with warm chocolate sauce, double-chocolate scones and pink champagne. I've been to this lovely Mayfair hotel and it has a quirky boutique atmosphere that makes visiting feel like a proper special occasion -- it's essentially the perfect location for a treat-filled afternoon catch-up with good friends.
