£299 -- French Pyrenees: Deluxe Castle Escape w/Flights
There are so many reasons to love this deal I don't know where to begin. So I'll start with this: it's an actual castle hotel. A baroque, Relais & Châteaux one. In the French Pyrenees, with views of the snow-capped Mount Canigou. And you can go for a swim in the hotel's pool, on top of one of the towers. And have a drink in the castle vaults. Or tea in a pagoda on the ramparts. The deal even includes a trip to the spa's thermal pool and Roman baths. You'd usually pay the princely sum of £499 for this 3-night escape with flights, so if you book it, you'll actually be saving £200. Which I believe could be put to good use frequenting the hotel's Michelin-listed restaurant.

£179 -- Krakow Break at 'Poland's Best Hotel' w/Flights
This is a great price for a 3-night Krakow city break that includes flights, especially over the popular Christmas market season. But what makes this deal surprisingly hot is the quality of the hotel -- a 4-star property named Poland’s number one hotel in TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards 2013. Plus, it's in a great central location by the Vistula River, close to Wawel Royal Castle and the Old Town, and just 700m from the city's main square.

£99 -- Historic Dartmoor Manor Escape w/Suite, 40% Off
This is a properly grand experience -- a stay at an 18th-century country manor house, set in 140 acres of private grounds. There are only three rooms in the whole hotel and they're all individually designed suites with antique décor. Boutique boltholes like this one are usually booked solidly over the summer, especially given the prime location close to Dartmoor National Park. But Warleigh House is different, because it's just opened. I recommend taking advantage of this special launch offer while it's still around.
