About the show
Featuring a host of classic tracks such as "Try a Little Tenderness", "Mustang Sally" and "I Heard it Through the Grapevine", "The Commitments" is the story of ambitious Dubliner Jimmy Rabbitte and his quest to form the finest soul band Ireland has ever seen.
Based on the 1987 novel and 1991 film, it is executive produced by Roddy Doyle and helmed by noted West End director Jamie Lloyd ("The Pride", "The Duchess of Malfi").
