Luxury river cruises usually include everything, from gratuities and private transfers to all meals on board, which is why they're hardly ever discounted. But this 7-night cruise through the Netherlands and Belgium has been cut by an impressive £780, and is now £1199 per person.
Travel on 2 April. It's an extra £60 to depart on 9 April and an extra £100 per person to travel on 16 April.
From Amsterdam, you'll sail to Schoonhoven and Veere in the Netherlands, Ghent and Antwerp in Belgium, and Maastricht in the Netherlands, before returning to Amsterdam. Highlights include a trip to the Keukenhof Gardens ("Kitchen Gardens"), a tour of medieval Ghent and St Bavo's cathedral, a canal cruise in Amsterdam and a tasting session of local Dutch cheeses.
On board the brand-new Avalon Impression -- which will launch this year -- you'll find an open-air bistro, a dining room with panoramic windows, a fitness centre and a sun deck with a whirlpool. Deluxe Staterooms have flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and large private bathrooms stocked with premium L'Occitane bath products.
