Cruise Circle has released a 36-night cruise from Los Angeles to New Zealand and the Pacific Islands for the cracking price of £2599 per person. Saving £2599 on the brochure price, this package includes a 34-night sailing aboard Cunard’s 5-star Queen Elizabeth, a pre-cruise stay in LA and return flights.
Flights depart from London Heathrow on 4 February. After landing, guests will spend one night in LA at The Westin Los Angeles Airport Hotel or The Millennium Biltmore Hotel before boarding Queen Elizabeth. After leaving Los Angeles, the ship sails to Honolulu (Hawaii), Pago Pago (American Samoa), Apia (Western Samoa), Auckland, Tauranga, Napier, Wellington (North Island, New Zealand), Papeete, Bora Bora (French Polynesia), Kahului and Hilo (Hawaii) before returning to dock in LA.
Condé Nast Traveller praises New Zealand’s North Island for its "beautiful landscape" and "cosmopolitan cities", whilst Bora Bora is described by Lonely Planet as a "fairy-tale creation of jagged volcanic peaks juxtaposed against crystal-clear aqua lagoons".
Transfers are not included and cost an additional £39 per person. You can add extra nights in LA from £39 per person.
The ship has a choice of seven dining options and 10 bars, plus two swimming pools and four whirlpools, a spa and fitness centre, shops, a casino and a theatre. CruiseCritic.co.uk says: "The ship is large enough to feature plenty of space, but also cosy enough to foster a sense of intimacy, and is actually the most beautiful ship Cunard has built.
The price is based on two sharing an Interior Stateroom. Upgrade to an Oceanview Stateroom for £400 more or a Balcony Stateroom for £800 more per person. Click here for more information.
