On the third day, you'll board Norwegian Star to embark on an all-inclusive cruise of the Greek islands. Amenities aboard the ship include include seven restaurants***, three swimming pools, six whirpools and a thousand-seat theatre, which spans three decks and hosts nightly music, comedy and dance performances.
The first call will be Corfu, an Ionian island famed for its citrus groves, wild flowers and historic, apricot-coloured capital. Next, you'll drop anchor in Santorini, where you can explore the whitewashed houses, blue-domed churches and tiny shrines that cling to the steep cliffs of the capital.
Following Santorini, you'll make port at Mykonos -- the "great glamour island of Greece", says Lonely Planet -- and the Italian town of Ravenna, before returning to Venice for your return flight home.
