Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has cut £300 off this week-long cruise around the Canary Islands. Sail to four islands, as well as Madeira, for £499 per person.
When can I go
Flights depart from London Gatwick or Manchester for Santa Cruz on 31 January.
The cruise begins in Santa Cruz, Tenerife's capital and a city described by The Guardian as having "stunning modern architecture, fantastic no-frills restaurants and mountains on its doorstep". From there the ship heads to Arrecife on Lanzarote and Funchal on Madeira, where you'll be able to explore the Jardim Botânico and its orchid garden and 50,000 plants. The next stops are Valle Gran Rey and San Sebastian on La Gomera and Santa Cruz in the east of La Palma, before the ship returns to Tenerife.
Braemar joined the Fred. Olsen fleet in 2001 and received a complete facelift in 2008, which included the addition of the Observatory Lounge, the Grampian Restaurant, a new swimming pool and the Scottish-themed Morning Light Pub. The ship has a traditional feel, with à la carte dining in the Thistle restaurant and a more formal experience in the Grampian. Facilities include gaming tables, two Jacuzzis, a fitness centre, a beauty salon and a library.
Guarantee an Outside Cabin for £50 more per person, a Superior Outside Cabin for £75 more per person or a Balcony Cabin for £150 more per person.
