Discover the Turkish coastline in a gulet -- a traditional wooden sailing boat -- with this deal from Anatolian Sky. Sailings now start at £499 per person, saving up to £350 on the regular price.
Here's what's included:
The cheapest price is available for travel on Birmingham, London Gatwick and Manchester on 3 August. Many more sailings in August and October have been discounted and are available from £100-£200 more per person. Click here for a full list of dates and airports.
Unlike large cruise ships, gulets have only 10 or fewer en-suite cabins, plus spacious salon areas and decks. Fishing, snorkelling and canoeing equipment is available for guests to use. These smaller vessells can anchor in bays and coves, and call at small ports that bigger ships cannot visit, allowing you to discover parts of Turkey most people will never see.
The itineraries vary slightly depending on depature date and ship. Some of the highlights of these voyages include Cleopatra's Bay (also known as Ruin Bay) where you can visit the half-submerged ruin of a monastery at the foot of a pine-covered hillside; Fethiye, a traditional market town, ideal if you're looking for a bit a retail therapy; and Aquarium Bay, named after its crystal-clear waters and popular with divers.
Because gulets have a maximum of 10 cabins, availability is very limited, so we recommend booking early.
