A 5-star cruise taking in some of the best fjords scenery in Norway is now £599 per person. This deal from Cruise Kings, which is £100 cheaper than we’ve seen elsewhere and up to £950 off the brochure price, includes seven nights aboard Holland America's ms Ryndam in an Inside Stateroom with all food and entertainment covered.
The cruise departs from Dover on 4 May, 2013, and calls at Bergen, the ''gateway to the Fjords'', then sails north along Norway's coastline to the village of Flam, which is surrounded by steep mountainsides, waterfalls and deep valleys, then onwards to the Art Nouveau port of Alesund, and Eidfjord, where passengers can visit the Voringsfossen waterfall (not included in the cruise). Passengers will then cruise around Hardangerfjord, which is famous for the Folgefonna Glacier, before making the return journey to Dover. There is also an alternative fjords cruise departing on 11 May for the same price.
The ship's interior is influenced by artifacts and designs from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries. There is a basketball court, a volleyball court, two swimming pools, spa treatment rooms, a fitness centre with a sauna and an aromatic steam room. Of the three restaurants, the more elegant Rotterdam dining room offers 5-course menus and the Pinnacle Grill dishes up seafood classics. There is also 24-hour complimentary room service.

Upgrade to an Oceanview Stateroom for £100 extra per person, which entitles guests to free parking at Dover (worth £100).
Travelzoo tip: Passengers are in with a chance of catching the Northern Lights, as the date of this cruise is not far off the recommended time to see them.
