Cruise.co.uk has released a week-long Christmas markets cruise around Sweden, Denmark and Germany for £469 per person. The package includes a sailing on Cunard's Queen Victoria with a free upgrade to an Outside Stateroom. We’ve seen the same cruise elsewhere for up to £429 more.
Queen Victoria sets sail from Southampton on 13 December, calling at Gothenburg, Copenhagen and Hamburg, before returning to Southampton a week later.
All stops are home to a selection of Christmas markets, including Gothenburg's Liseberg market, the largest in Scandinavia and a circus-inspired market outside the Town Hall in Hamburg.
The price is based on two sharing. Upgrade to a Balcony Stateroom for £30 more per person. Click here for more information.
Queen Victoria has a choice of seven dining options and 10 bars. The ship has two swimming pools and four whirlpools, a spa and fitness centre, shops, a casino and a theatre. CruiseCritic.co.uk says, "The ship is large enough to feature plenty of space, but also cosy enough to foster a sense of intimacy, and is actually the most beautiful ship Cunard has built."
