This is a price we've never seen before and we're not sure we'll ever see again: £429 per person for a 7-night luxury cruise aboard Cunard's Queen Victoria. The price, available from Planet Cruise, is up to £320 off the regular selling price.
Queen Victoria, which was described by cruise expert Douglas Ward as "the most beautiful ship Cunard has built", set sails from Southampton on 13 December, travelling to Göteburg (Sweden), Copenhagen (Denmark) and Hamburg (Germany). The ship then starts its return journey to Southampton. Click here for more information.
Not only is this deal fantastic value to sail with such a prestigious cruise line, it's also a chance to visit popular Christmas market destinations and get back home in time for Santa. The price is based on an Inside Stateroom and includes all meals and snacks. Oceanview Staterooms are £20 more per person, and Balcony Staterooms an extra £70.
Queen Victoria has a choice of seven dining options and 10 bars. The ship has two swimming pools and four whirlpools, a spa and fitness centre, shops, a casino and a theatre. Cunard was voted Best Cruise Line at the British Travel Awards 2011 and Best Cruise Line -- Large Ships at the 2011 Condé Nast Traveller Readers’ Travel Awards. Guests will experience Cunard's famous White Star Service, including white-gloved afternoon tea.
