Imagine Cruising has released a 9-night Caribbean cruise for £899 per person. The deal, which retails for up to £300 more on other sites, includes an 8-night cruise on the Carnival Miracle, an overnight stay in New York and return flights from London.

Flights depart from London on 8 January, 2013. Depart on 13 November or 24 January for £200 more per person.

After touching down in New York, guests will spend the night at the Hampton Inn NY - JFK hotel in New York. Carnival Miracle sets sail from the Big Apple the following day, calling at Port Canaveral in Florida, Nassau and Freeport (both in the Bahamas) before returning to New York, where guests will board the return flight home. According to Condé Nast Traveller ‘whether you are looking to lounge on palm-fringed white beaches, explore historic villages or try your hand at fishing, diving or sailing, the Bahamas offer it all’.

The focal point of the large Carnival Miracle is its 8-deck atrium which the Berlitz 2011 Guide to Cruising & Cruise Ships cites as ‘simply stunning’. Onboard features include the Mad Hatter’s Ball Showlounge, a sizeable casino, a wedding chapel and a faux shopping street lined with boutiques. Dining options include the Bacchus Restaurant, the fine-dining Nick and Nora’s Supper Club and Horatio’s Cafe.
