We're used to finding Iceland deals that include a Northern Lights trip, but one that also gives you the chance to see minke, humpback and blue whales in their natural habitat is a rare occurence indeed. Snap up this 3-night break quickly -- at £299 per person, it's £250 cheaper than usual.
Here's what you get:
The brand-new Reykjavik Lights is a Nordic-style hotel on the edge of the city centre. Reykjavik was named one of Europe's 10 Hottest Destinations for 2013 by CNN and is known for its "cosy cafés, world-class restaurants, fine museums and galleries, and state-of-the-art geothermal pools", says Lonely Planet.
The included tours showcase the best of Iceland's natural assets, from the Northern Lights, which are expected to be at their most active this year for over a decade, to an abundance of wildlife, including whales, white-beaked dolphins and puffins. On the whale-watching tour you'll sail around Faxaflói Bay and then visit a whale exhibition centre, with more information about the different species you might spot on the trip.
Depart on select dates from 1 October-19 March, 2014. Click here for a full list of departure dates, including 4-night options from £349 per person.
