We Really Weigh the Options.

To determine the Travelzoo Award finalists of 2011, our deal experts evaluated upwards of 80,000 deals, published in the United States and Canada over a 12-month period, on the following five-point scale:

1. Quality

Travelzoo's deal experts regularly consult with more than 2,000 travel and entertainment companies around the world to uncover the best offers. Deals provided by finalist companies offered outstanding value based on market research and are considered the "best of the best".

2. Reliability

Travelzoo's Test Booking Center® manually verifies availability, accuracy of information and ease of booking for each deal published. The deals provided by finalist companies exceeded all the requirements of the testing process.

3. Consistency

Finalist companies consistently featured outstanding deals week after week for Travelzoo subscribers.

4. Competitiveness

Deals provided by finalist companies surpassed competitors when comparing overall value and offer details.

5. Appeal

Finalist companies consistently achieved between 4.5 and 6 (on a 6-point scale) in the user ratings collected by Travelzoo.
