Shipping fees range between $25.82 and $55.58 per box depending on zip code. Additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Saturday (there is an additional fee of $25 for Saturday delivery). Shipping subject to weather conditions. Not valid for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Must be used in 1 visit. Not valid for any other products. This deal cannot be combined with any other offers. No cash value or cash back. Update (Dec. 20, 5:30 p.m. ET): Delivery is not available on December 27 or January 3.
