The Deal

Shaving nearly 60% off regular package pricing, this exclusive Travelzoo deal includes a one-night stay, breakfast for two and a $25 dining credit for $99.

Fountaingrove Inn -- which recently received the 2012 Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor -- is centrally located off Highway 101, putting it within an hour's drive of more than 300 wineries. Guests stay in an upgraded Junior Suite with comfy down duvets, a separate sitting area and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Use the dining credit at the on-site Equus Restaurant, which features local ingredients and regionally inspired entrees like Maine lobster Bolognese and Moroccan spiced rack of lamb with date bread pudding, honey orange glazed carrots and zinfandel saba. The Santa Rosa Press Democrat praises its comfort-food menu for being "well made" and "carefully cooked."

Other area attractions include hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, the Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve and Charles M. Schulz Museum (creator of "Peanuts"). The Fountaingrove Golf and Athletic Club is half a mile from the inn and features a 10,000-squart-foot, state-of-the-art athletic facility and tennis center.
