The Fine Print

Vouchers can be redeemed starting Tuesday, June 21, through Sept. 20, 2011. Reservations are required; please call early to ensure availability. There is a limit of 1 voucher per person; additional vouchers can be purchased as gifts. Group lessons are not permitted. Weight limit 230 lbs. No age limit. This deal cannot be combined with any other offer. Tax and gratuity are not included. No cash value or cash back.

The Deal

For $119, experience the thrill of flying a helicopter with North Andover Flight Academy. This deal includes up to 30 minutes of ground instruction, 20 minutes of flying time, a HD video of the experience and a log book to take home. This package is exclusive to Travelzoo subscribers and would normally cost $198.

The lesson begins with training on the ground, which includes a safety briefing and introduction to the helicopter and controls. Once in the aircraft, the student will take the controls for most of the flight and practice maneuvers such as climbing, descending and turning with guidance from a FAA certified flight instructor. The flight will be filmed and available for the student to take home; bring your own flash drive or buy one from the school for $15.
