Voucher must be exchanged for a CityPASS by Feb. 28, 2015. This is a date-specific event. All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. CityPASS ticket booklets are valid for nine days, beginning with the first day of use. Present printed voucher at one of the listed attractions to exchange for CityPASS booklet. If presenting your voucher at the Skywalk Observatory, please call ahead for an advanced reservation at 617-859-0648. Children are ages 3-11.

Loved the venues that we did get to see on the pass.

Time limit was too short to accommodate the out of town guests who wanted to to tour Seattle both before and after their Alaska cruise. I didn't realize that some of the options were 'either / or' which made the pass much less valuable and not worth the price, even at the discount given both of the above issues.
