$65 - Chef's Table: 'Impeccable' 5-Course Dinner for 2

The Deal

The Chef's Table began serving dinner earlier this year, using seasonal and local ingredients in an "intimate setting" that is "an education as well as an indulgence," according to TCPalm. Two can indulge in an elegant five-course dinner prepared by husband and wife chefs Adam and Katie Fatigate for $65, regularly $130, with this exclusive deal.

Beginning with an amuse-bouche, this meal incorporates palate cleansers between each of the following five courses:

• Two first courses like farm house salad with cucumbers, radishes and lemon vinaigrette or crispy calamari salad with arugula

• A pasta dish like goat cheese and mushroom ravioli or ricotta gnocchi

• One entree including suckling pig with polenta and escarole, braised short rib in vanilla reduction with parsnip puree, or local swordfish with ratatouille and Swiss chard

• A dessert such as rice pudding, a plate of imported cheeses with house-made compotes, or various flavors of ice cream including toasted pistachio and burnt sugar bourbon

Wine pairings with each course are available for an additional $35 per person, to be purchased at the restaurant.

Vouchers can be redeemed starting Thursday, May 31, through Nov. 30, 2012. Reservations are required. Dinner is served Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights only.
